Foldable Large Containers (FLCs) are collapsible plastic containers used to transport variety of cargoes. They are designed to reduce the cost of relocating empty containers while providing maximum product protection and load stability. LEAP offers FLCs particularly for automotive industry, where components are small in size and need to be delivered in bulk quantities directly to the production line in standard containers. FLC has the provision to incorporate customized inserts within the container to house the components as per the requirement of the OEM. Further, FLCs are of standard dimensions to meet regional requirements and are accepted by the majority of automotive manufacturers and suppliers
Movement of automotive ancillary products through LEAP FLCs is the most economical and efficient way to transport goods. Goods transported via FLCs are efficiently unloaded in OEMs’ production line. LEAP would be the most efficient player to cater to entire supply chain of automotive industry by offering Pooling solutions across India. Company intends to cater to each component of the value chain, ranging from OEMs, Tier 1 & 2 Suppliers and 3PL players.
Metal Trolleys handles all odd size parts which an FLC cannot handled to be able to optimize transit load
All welded construction ensures a super strength Trolley
Metal trolleys can be available according to components’ design (doors, panels, shafts, etc)

Foldable Large Containers (FLCs) have the strength required to fulfill the requirements of any supply chain and to achieve ease of access for end users. As the containers can be folded and stacked on top of each other, they offer considerable cost and space savings. They offer an alternative returnable solution to both rigid containers and one-way cardboard/wooden pallet containers.
FLC is need of a day in almost every industry looking forward to standardization and saving on account of freight and pack density optimization.
FLC consists of Pallet, lid and sidewall.
Available under sizes 1440 X 1140 X 1000mm & 1200 X 800 X 840mm.
A STANDARD WOODEN PALLET
WHAT IS A PALLET…?
Pallet is a flat transport structure that supports goods in a stable fashion while being lifted by a forklift, pallet jack, front loader, work saver or other jacking device. Goods or shipping containers are often placed on a pallet, secured with strapping, stretch wrap or shrink wrap and then shipped. A pallet is the structural foundation of a unit load which allows handling and storage efficiencies. While most pallets are wooden, pallets can also be made of plastic, metal, paper, and recycled materials.
BENEFITS OF PALLETIZATION
Use of pallets as a base for unit loads offers a number of benefits:
Palletized products can be moved more quickly than by the manual handling of individual palletized cartons. This has the following benefits:
Faster turnaround of delivery vehicle (TAT) thus increasing operational efficiency.
It significantly reduces labour requirement & manual handling since it has the ability to load upto 1.2 tonne of goods. This helps in palletized movement of goods till the last leg of supply chain. It reduces the risk of product damage and worker injury, as palletized goods require less manual handling. Non-palletized loads would require different kinds of material handling equipment owing to varied sizes and shapes. Once palletized, all loads can be handled using with standard material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts etc., thereby eliminating the need of specialized equipment.
